Based in Berlin the CRI Manager will focus on consumer intelligence and manage all EMEA specific research projects and perform deep analyses for the business, therefore ensuring the team and the business remain in touch with and aware of all facets of the consumer. 

Key responsibilities:

Consumer Research and Insights:

Identify key research needs for EMEA and enlighten them to the Global Director of Consumer Insights.

Manage vendors to create superior research studies and ensure all reports are brought back to the EMEA teams and shared across the business as appropriate.

Prepare and present the key research results for EMEA to the country teams, manage on a regular basis and feed these insights through to the entire area team to influence all consumer communications

Competitive Analysis

Monitor, manage and disseminate regular competitive reports on the marketing and communication elements of competitive activity for EMEA

Target Audience

By utilizing all the above resources, the CRI Manager will maintain a living definition of the local target audience that will inform and guide all strategies for media, creative and content selections

Profile:

• 4-5 years experience managing a wide range of research and assimilating consumer intelligence for the youth market
• University degree
• Ideally working experience with a variety of entertainment, mobile and youth products
• Experience in launching and building consumer brands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent presentation and networking skills
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a diverse and fast paced environment
• Ability to work in multi-functional teams in a matrix organisation
• Self motivated, passionate, high-energy team player
